inizieremo con una passeggiata nel vigneto, fino al punto panoramico da dove potrai ammirare le colline del Barolo, Barbaresco e Roero in un unico, dove a seconda della stagione potrai partecipare attivamente alle diverse lavorazioni, per capire come il vino nasce nel vigneto, come un taglio sapiente di un tralcio può incidere sulla qualità delle uve e quindi sul vino. tutti i nostri vigneti sono situati sulla sommità della collina di Altavilla nel comune di Alba, circondati dal maestoso paesaggio delle Langhe da una parte e delle Alpi dall'altra. Entrando in cantina è possibile apprendere la costituzione del suolo delle nostre colline che godono di una composizione minerale unica al mondo, è possibile vedere e toccare con mano la stratificazione del suolo dal Miocene ad oggi! l'esperienza prosegue in cantina dove è possibile vedere tutte le fasi della vinificazione, dalla vendemmia all'affinamento in barricaia. infine la degustazione dei vini, alla scoperta dei profumi anche grazie all'ausilio di aromi per imparare ad "addestrare l'olfatto" come un vero sommelier! i vini sono abbinati a prodotti del territorio selezionati dalle migliori aziende agricole. in più punti del percorso è possibile igenizzare le mani, o lavarle con acqua e sapone. Se il tempo permette potremo fare la degustazione all'aperto in giardino. Altre cose da tenere a mente è possibile portare con se i cani nel vigneto, ma per motivi di igiene non è possibile portarli in cantina in caso di maltempo l'esperienza viene svolta interamente al coperto

A cavallo tra Langhe e Monferrato, l'azienda Bussi Piero ti apre le sue porte Qui saremo accolti dal titolare e produttore Federico, che incarna la quarta generazione alla guida della cantina. La visita inizierà proprio dalle vigne, dove Federico ci accompagnerà per una breve passeggiata per spiegare le caratteristiche del territorio che ci circonda. Quindi ci sposteremo nella cantina, attraversando le aree dedicate alla vinificazione e all'invecchiamento, allo stoccaggio e all'imbottigliamento. A questo punto potremo accomodarci sulla terrazza panoramica, con vista sui vigneti del Monferrato, per iniziare la degustazione guidata dal produttore. Assaggeremo 6 calici di vini, sia bianchi che rossi, che potranno cambiare a seconda della disponibilità: *Esempio* Piemonte DOC Chardonnay Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Calosso DOC Barbera d'Asti DOCG Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore Moscato d'Asti DOCG Ad accompagnare i vini ci sarà un piccolo tagliere di prodotti del territorio come salumi, formaggi, grissini e nocciole di produzione propria. The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! And after the ride, we could go to one of the many typical restaurants to taste the delicacies and flavors of the products of the gastronomic tradition, but also and above all the wine that made this region well-known all over the world (i.e. Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada). Furthermore, a guided tour means to get tips and suggestions to improve your riding technique! The tour includes 2 winery visits and tastings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, transportation and a Certified Sommelier as a guide for the day. These are the wine areas we can explore together: Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero, Monferrato, Alta Langa (feel free to inquire for others).

Dogliani e le Langhe sono la patria del vino, quale modo migliore di accogliervi se non con un buon calice di Dogliani? Quindi sarà il momento di metterci al lavoro. Esordiremo con un buonissimo antipasto: flan di verdure con fonduta. Dopodiché prepareremo la pasta fresca con le nostre mani a cui abbineremo un sugo fatto con gli ingredienti più freschi della stagione. Vi proporrò tajarin, tagliatelle o maltagliati abbinati a seconda della disponibilità a sughi a base di verdure, funghi, salsiccia. Per concludere, onorando la tradizione, prepareremo lo zabaione, la tipica crema liquorosa all’uovo ottima da abbinare a torte e biscotti. Dopo aver lavorato sodo sarà finalmente arrivato il momento di gustare i nostri manicaretti in un piacevole pranzo in compagnia. Vi pregherei di comunicarmi eventuali intolleranze o preferenze in fase di prenotazione e sarò felice di adattare il menù per soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. L'esperienza è in italiano, ma se preferite l'inglese fatemelo sapere e non ci saranno problemi. What if you could be a winemaker for a day and bring home the wine you have made? Let's start with an interesting visit to a small peculiar wine cellar hidden among the beautiful hills of Monferrato and a regenerating walk on its vineyards and olive groves. We get to know an heroic viticulture and the story of Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron that produces wines with a well-defined and structured personality using new techniques (such as essential oils and microorganisms on the vineyards). Wine laboratory - Time to act! Learn the vigneron' secrets and follow at least 3 of your 5 senses to combinate diffent wine typologies and find the perfect match for you! All hand made of course, as the vigneron does. Each person will receive the technical tools and the necessary advices, as well as support during the whole experience, to work with 3 different wines. Try and test the combinations to make your own blend, find the taste and smell you like more. Once the wine is crafted it's time for you to proceed with the bottling, corking, sealing and labeling of your wine! The result is a unique combination created by you. Bring home your bottle and share it with your family or friends. Other things to note We reccommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The relaxing walk in the vineyard depends on the weather conditions.

Un Bike Tour attraverso un percorso insolito e poco battuto, sconosciuto ai più, per una diversa prospettiva. Il percorso è accuratamente studiato, di livello Medio: pedaleremo tra vigneti di Nebbiolo, noccioleti, su facili sterrati e piccole strade, sempre lontani dal traffico, in tutta sicurezza. Altre cose da tenere a mente E' un'escursione in bicicletta di livello MEDIO. E' fondamentale sapere condurre a livello basico la bicicletta e volersi divertire senza fretta E' un'esperienza adatta a ragazzi con almeno 12 anni Il costo si riferisce alla sola esperienza. A regenerating beautiful day surrounded by wild landscapes and rolling hills in the Monferrato area (Piedmont) discovering an heroic viticulture. After a relaxing walk among the lines of the vineyard, olive groves and fruit plants, enjoying the fresh air of the countryside, we enter the wine cellar hidden in a little village, part of an old building used in the past by Vittorio Emanuele II the King. Several types of organic local wines are tasted directly from the barriques to better understand all the wine production phases. We visit the fermentation room, the barrique "cave", the label room and the green terrace where to enjoy the marvelous view of the hilly landscape, discovering interesting and peculiar stories of the winemaker Tommaso and his creations. The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. The tour culminates with an aperitif allowing to taste our products and fresh truffle of the season. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Ti propongo una visita nell'azienda della mia famiglia che coltiva la stessa passione per il vino da quattro generazioni. La visita si svolge in modo informale, "alla buona", nella semplicità della nostra vita contadina. Ecco cosa prevede: - iniziamo da una breve passeggiata al vigneto di...venite a scoprirlo! ;) - passiamo poi alla visita nella nostra piccola cantina , in cui vi spiegherò come funzionano la vinificazione e l'affinamento dei vini. - è il momento della degustazione! Un calice direttamente dalla botte, poi seduti al tavolo continuiamo con due vini in bottiglie. La degustazione è accompagnata da salame, formaggio, miele e nocciole del Roero.

You will join us in a common truffle hunt. Take good shoes: you will not look, you will help us and the dog finding white truffle. Hunting truffle means walking, breath good air, discover the local traditios and culture. It means discover the piedemont by a not common point of view. You will dig truffle directly from the soil. Other things to note Digged truffle is propriety of the truffle hunters. it can be bougth at alba trade price. IMPORTANT: The place of hunting could change basing on the season.

We will welcome you in our home kitchen and we will cook together a complete traditional Piedmontese menù with a starter, a main pasta dish and a dessert. For example we will prepare Insalata Russa, Gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and Dolce Savoia, a special version of Tiramisù that had been served by our family to Italian Royal Family at the beginning of XIX century. We will share all the secrets of our family recipes. During the lesson we will enjoy typical local wine and at the end we will have a delicious meal all together. You will receive the recipe book as a memory of this experience. We can also offer special classes gluten free, vegetarian or vegan with traditional specific recipes, as we are running a veg cooking activity since 2016. Utilizziamo le ricette che ci sono state tramandate dalle nostre nonne: con solo farina e acqua ti insegneremo i segreti per fare TAGLIATELLE e RAVIOLI, in una cucina accogliente nel centro di Asti. Inizieremo con una breve introduzione sugli ingredienti e un piccolo aperitivo/spuntino. E poi subito mani in pasta: faremo l’impasto insieme e imparerai a preparare la tua pasta da zero. Vedremo insieme diversi formati di pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli e i tradizionali gnocchi di patate. Prepareremo inoltre gustosi sughi e salse per condire ciascun formato che poi gusteremo al termine della lezione! In abbinamento sarà servito ottimo vino locale di produttori della zona. Se siete in gruppo, a seconda delle vostre particolari necessità, possiamo creare delle lezioni di cucina su misura adatte ad occasioni speciali come compleanni, anniversari, addii al nubilato o celibato. Se nel gruppo ci sono dei bambini sono i benvenuti.
