Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows.
There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a full size bed in the second bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023.
