Comfortable clean house in Oriental village. Code requires a minimum 30 day rental. There is a water view out the kitchen window and from back porch. Off street parking and a garage. Spectrum cable and wifi. Use of a deeded dock is included. The dock is ideal for small boats. ANY BOOKING FOR LESS THAN 30 days will be cancelled. Sorry...Town zoning.
