Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. Five minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. If you are feeling energetic, head down to the onsite gym for a quick session. Freshen up then head across the road for breakfast at one of the many alfresco eating venues and coffee shops , or take a short drive to Coolum, Noosa, or the amazing Eumundi Markets for lunch. Come back and relax on the manicured lawns by the massive pool or take a sixty second walk to the pristine Marcoola Beach.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and walks along the pristine beach to Alex in one direction and Mooloolaba in the other. There are a multitude of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of your doorstep. The Unit is on the 3rd Floor with beautiful views. Relax by the pool, soak in the Spa or sit on the Verandah looking out to the Ocean. Nothing beats it..!

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.
