Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. The kitchen has a gas range, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom is small and narrow but has a full tub and shower.
