Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short laneway. Lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows and sheep here. Complimentary free range eggs and fresh spring water from our well. Friendly dogs, who love people! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms. You will be assured of a friendly warm welcome. Plenty of birdsong!

Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Situated on the grounds of the Woodford Dolmen Hotel on the banks of the river Barrow. This two bedroom town house offers an idyllic location close to the banks of the river Barrow. Ample free parking with the amenities of the hotel-you need not worry about cooking or drink driving. Town centre is 3 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking. Tigín (tigeen-small house) with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. This is a small cosy space with solid fuel heating. The bedrooms have two king size beds. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.

Our cosy farmhouse is situated in the heart of the countryside . Coolhill castle is a 2 minute walk. Out through the windows you will see breath taking views of the Blackstairs mountain. 15 minute drive to the Dunbrody famine ship, the Kennedy homestead and the picturesque village of Inistioge. Cycling and walking tracks in Graiguenamanagh and St. Mullins all less than 20 minutes away . We are located 30 minute drive from Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny

My place is close to Borris House with stunning parks, great views, beautiful walks along the river. You’ll love my place because of the local people, the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance, the free parking & you are so central you can walk everywhere. Walking distance to pubs, StepHouse Hotel, shops, bank, church etc.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
