This 1850's one bedroom rustic cabin offers the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king (beds moved together with insert- upon request) and is ideal for history enthusiasts. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the downstairs, while the sleeping quarters are in the loft above. Decorated in period furnishings as well as an open air (no door) bathroom, visitors will get a more intimate look at our Country’s history. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night).

The Gibson House of Kernersville is a charming, historic home in downtown Kernersville. WIFI is complimentary and parking is on-site. Owners do have their own private quarters in the home. Built in 1837, the Gibson House is a two-story Victorian-style house. The house has a total of four guest rooms. There are two upstairs rooms and two downstairs rooms in the historic portion of the house. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. Common rooms are on the ground floor.

Restored 1900 farmhouse with high end finishes with a babbling brook and view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the front porch. Wedding venue, Appalachia Hills, is next door. Walnut Hills is situated between Rocky Mount and Roanoke offering music and other entertainment at the Harvester and Berglund Centers.
