كيف يمكنني أتمتة إنشاء المهام؟

Task templates can be created by team members who have any team role besides “Tasks”. Task tools allow hosting teams to create specific jobs for other team members or service providers to complete, such as cleaning before or after a guest's stay, maintenance jobs, or greeting arriving guests onsite. An individual task can be assigned to an individual person and a specific listing.

To create a task template:

1. Go to Tasks > Templates
2. Click or tap on Create a template
3. Name and describe the template
4. Click or tap Next
5. Add the steps that you want to be fulfilled during this task. You can choose between three different step categories:
   1. Checklist item: The team member needs to select a checkbox
   2. Input field: The team member needs to enter a value or text
   3. Photo upload: The team member needs to upload a picture
6. Click or tap Next
7. Choose if you want to schedule the template to create tasks automatically with every new booking, or only when you create tasks manually
8. If you scheduled the template, select the listings you want the tasks to be created for automatically
9. Click Finish
