This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Exclusive 2 bedroom modern suite 2 meters from the beach. Suite is a part of Pearl House situated in small touristic place in the quite Adriatic bay. TV in each bedroom Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning Bathroom with walk-in shower Swimming pool Wifi and free parking Bouy in the sea owned by the Pearl House in front of the Suite. Mooring can support the vessel up to 7m.For entering and exiting you can shortly dock by the pier in front of the Suite.

Unique apartment located downtown Sucurac. Completely renovated in 2023. The apartment has the original beams and stone walls giving you a feel of living in history but with all the modern amenities we enjoy these days. The couch in the living room can easily be transformed into a bed and thus accommodate one additional person. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small building whith big terrace and surrounded by a cultivated garden.
