Great country setting but close to everything. 2.5 miles from Abshire Park where you can park your vehicle to walk or Bike on the Pumpkinvine Trail. 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. We live next door on the property as well so if you need anything we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Lovely one bedroom apartment where you can relax, work, or play amidst the beautiful nature around Goshen Dam Pond and Mill Race Canal. Great birding, biking, and fishing. (Bring bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and binoculars.) Community: Goshen College and Goshen Hospital are walking distance. Close to downtown restaurants, Janus Motorcycles, and Greencroft Communities. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
