Day 2
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the domestic airport for your 35 mins. Spectacular scenic flight to the mountain airstrip at Lukla. Lukla is Nepal's busiest domestic airport and, for trekker’s intent on seeing Mt. Everest, flying here is an essential part of the adventure.

During flight, you get to see the world’s soaring mountains including Cho Oyu (8,153m), Lhotse (8,516m), Gauri Shankar (7,145m), Menlungtse (7,181m).

After an exhilarating landing at Lukla, you will meet the trekking crew and set off the hike to Phakding. We follow the ridge on the bank of milky Dudh Koshi River to the village of Phakding. Dudh Kosi, or Milk River, named for its chalky color that emerges from all the glaciers up above. You will follow this river the rest of the day, passing through picturesque hamlets filled with tea houses, suspension bridges, and shops, carved mani stones, prayer wheels, and packed animals.

After passing through the small villages like Chaurikharka and Ghat we arrive at the Phadking which is located right next to the Dudh Kosi River.

Day 3
Leaving Phakding behind, we will start today’s trek by climbing up to the traditional town of Namche Bazar which is also known as ‘gateway to Everest ‘and the town of Sherpa ethnicity. Nestled in the Himalayas, Namche is considered as a centuries-old trading center between Nepal and Tibet.

After a hearty breakfast, we set out our trek following the trail continues north up the glacial waters of the Dudh Koshi River and through zigzag ascent through a forest of pine trees. Further, the trail is dominated by rolling terrain, traditional houses, and cultivated fields. We also cross suspension bridges by following crystal blue white water river Dudh Koshi.

About halfway up the hill you can see first glimpse of Mount Everest and Lhotse A few hours of walking will lead you to the Sherpa capital village of Namche Bazaar crossing path surrounded by pines.

Namche is the largest town in the Khumbu region, surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges and opens out only where it faces the Dudh Koshi. It is a beautiful mountain village with plenty of teahouses, restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, and even mountain climbing equipment can be purchased here.

Day 4
It is important to acclimatize and rest in Namche before proceeding to a higher elevation. Namche is an ideal place for acclimatization. The places of interest around Namche are remarkable and beautiful.

We can take a short walk above the town to see the backdrop of Everest or view the beautiful scenery from the national park center and museum just above the town. You can visit the Sherpa Culture Museum and get back to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you can either relax or explore the Bazaar

Day 5
After having breakfast, we start our trekking with the ridge and plain terrain that offers excellent panoramas of Thamserku, Kantega, and Kusum Kangaru. After walking a few hours on flat zigzags trail we descend to the river and arrive at Phungi Thenga.

Further, we climb through rhododendron forest to the Tengboche. About 15 minutes’ walk from Tengboche we will reach Debuche, the village of Sherpa settlement. Stay overnight in Debuche.

Day 6
After having breakfast, we start our trek and it will be a short trek to the Pangboche village. The trail drops all the way down suspension bridge on the Imja Khola and climbs to Pangboche village. We will reach there by afternoon having enough time to rest and explore nearby monasteries in Pangboche.

The atmosphere of the Pangboche village appears soothing and provides a wonderful vista over the Everest trekking region. The beautiful scenery of highest peak Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Kangdeka, and Amadablam look marvelous from Pangboche village.

Today will also help us adapt the altitude as tomorrow will be a higher destination and a longer trek. We stay overnight in lodge.

Day 7
Today, we gear up to hike all the way to Ama Dablam Base Camp by following the regular trail enjoying the scenic views of the mountainous region. The scenic beauty of the base camp will enthrall you, and it will turn to a fascinating memory for your lifetime.

We begin our trek taking descent and traverse Imja River. Further, we take a steep ascend up to Cholungche Khola and finally climb up to base camp. As we trek further Ama Dablam appears closer and becomes vividly stunning. Upon reaching the Ama Dablam Base camp we get to see the eye-popping vistas of world’s highest mountain Mt. Everest (8848m) along with Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8201m), Mt. Thamserku (6623m), Mt. Nuptse (7816m) along with hanging glacier.

You can also witness several colorful tents used by the climbers in the base camp. We spend some time roaming around in the base camp and capturing the scenic beauty on our cameras. We will then trek down to Pangboche for the overnight stay.

Day 8
After breakfast we heading towards Tengboche. After taking pictures of the Tengboche monastery for about half an hour we continued at 9:25 and descended to Phunki Thanga. Further we traverse the bridge and started to head up towards Namche Bazaar.

Day 9
From Namche we decent to Monjo we carry on the descent of the Dudh Khosi valley through the villages of Phakding, Ghat and Cheplung. At Chaurikharka we start ascending the final hill of the trek to reach Lukla. Overnight at tea house lodge.

Day 10
We will have an early breakfast and fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla airport. You will then be accompanied to your hotel and have time to take rest and relax after a long amazing trek. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 11
Fly Back Home
You will be assisted by our representative in a vehicle and transferred to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) airport in Kathmandu from where you will take your flight back home with blissful trekking memories.
