We are very passionate of bread specially Mexican one. Together, we will bake one of the Mexico´s favorite pieces of bread, depending on the season we may do: Day of the Death bread, Conchas, Orejas, or something really delicious and authentic, we will go through all the baking process from scratch.

Bonus: While we wait for the bread to bake, we will prepare ourselves a delicious chocolate from scratch.

My friend and I had a fabulous time learning how to make Pan de Muerto. Christian was a superb host and very passionate. We had a great time and HIGHLY recommend.

This was a fun and simply delightful experience. We made pan de muerto and learned all about the bread and its associated traditions. The chef was so engaging and friendly. If you like to cook and learn about Mexican culture, this is the class for you. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this class. We had an incredible time learning about the process to make pan de muerto, and share in the history of day of the dead. The hot chocolate was a great touch as well. Learned a lot and had a fantastic time!

This was such a wonderful experience- we never would have attempted to make this on our own, and it was wonderful to learn. The host was excellent and it was a great experience- would highly recommend!

This bread-making class with Mariza was lovely. We made pan de muerta. Mariza is a great teacher - she kept everything simple for us and made the recipe seem deceptively easy. The pan de muerte was delicious, but we baked dough that she had made earlier in the day for the sake of time. Who knows how our actual dough turned out!
