Learn to eat to enrich your life & access new ways of eating!

I truly believe eating mindfully promotes your happiness by resetting your mind to appreciate everything that surrounds you.
During this mindful eating experience, I will take you on a 1-hour journey of eating meditation that will bring you peaceful and joyful energy.

This experience is structured in three parts.

First, we will meet online via Zoom.
Then, this experience begins with an introduction to the philosophy of zen, including how to eat mindfully. I will guide you to induce relaxation through a simple exercise and breathing techniques.

Next, we start eating in a calm and relaxed state for 20 to 25 minutes. Mindful eating is one of the practices in Buddhism that is easy to implement into your own life. You may feel the connection with people, food, and nature. We’ll explore this state of peace while eating, feeling full of joy. Eating together slowly in a calm and relaxed environment will leave you feeling more grounded.

Finally, we take a moment to share what we feel together. Sharing your perspective, thoughts, and feelings is helpful for you to clear your mind, connect with others, and end the experience with a positive feeling.

This online experience was the perfect way to wind down on a late Saturday afternoon. I was at peace and relaxed afterwards. Momo was so nice, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this experience!

Great experience. I’m happy that these days, internet gives the chance to connect to such beautiful people like Momo. She tries to give a good feeling to people (what we need the most nowadays), and she was really successful. She is so friendly, calming and positive. I was feeling great during and after the session. What what a delightful human being! Let me Begin by saying that. This was a phenomenal experience. However it wouldn't have been as special if I didn't have such an engaging teacher. If you ever wondered like I did before tonight if maybe sometimes you're not paying much attention to the process of eating. And perhaps you want to work on being more mindful about the process itself) I recommend this highly. I've always been a very appreciative person. But this gave my perspective on food a whole new level of appreciation and respect.

I had no idea what it was like to slow down and TRULY appreciate food until tonight. Not only did I appreciate it on so many levels but I came away from this experience more mindful in general, and so relaxed. Momo is a caring, insightful, wise, warm host. I look forward to incorporating a version of this into my life when possible. Amazingly she was born in a small town in northern Japan where I spent time last year, so we had a lot to talk about besides the experience itself. (I was the only participant, which was amazing!)

This was a wonderful experience! Momo has a calm, peaceful, joyful presence that just infuses the whole experience. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience. I had a couple “ah-ha” moments during the meditation that I know will now help me grow in my mindfulness journey. I highly recommend this experience!

We do all the hard work all day to give ourself happiness. But we hardly enjoy small things like eating. MOMO greatly explained a way to enjoy eating. MOMO is very peaceful and kind. Her voice is very soothing. I felt very relaxed and connected to her.
