Minnesota Kind Lodge is a classic rustic log cabin with all of the amenities to keep you, your family, or your retreat group comfortable in the midst of the natural beauty of the ‘Edge of the Wilderness’ scenic area. Nestled in quiet stands of pine and tamarack, our 2 story log cabin is just 100 ft of level ground from beautiful Connors lake. This private lake isn’t open to the public, and you will generally find yourself the only soul on the water.

The power of nature is such a beautiful thing. We have many miles of walking, snowshoeing, sledding and exploring, picture taking and just relaxing. Our little cabin is about 10 mi NE of Effie mn. The Trappers style cabin sleeps 5, gas lights, free standing wood fire place, and an outhouse. This is perfect for a get away from your busy life, no wifi, no running water and no power. This is a perfect place to just enjoy the beauty of nature. If you like to fish or snowmobile, both are close by!

This cozy 1 bedroom cabin sit 50 feet from the shores of amazing Caribou lake with clarity of up to 40 feet and a depth of 160 feet. One of the few lakes that still offer habitat for Lake trout. This one bedroom cabin has a deck overlooking the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen and sleeps up to 5 or 6. A great place for a romantic retreat, and perfect for a small family or a few friends. Fantastic swimming, fishing and hiking trails right out your door. We’ll equipped kitchen, but no oil.
