Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. No indoor bathroom or shower facilities, but public facilities are available nearby. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter!

It is on a quiet, 1.7 acre property surrounded by mountains and beautiful Douglas fir trees, and yet it is only 8 km from Golden. There are nice forested walking trails only a two minute walk down the road. Kicking Horse Mountain is a 25 minute drive away.
