Hello dear travellers! My name is Evi and I run this airbnb house along with my parents. It is our first family home, the place I grew up in with my brother. Right in the center of the town, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. A warm & bright house, 110m², with a full view of Meteora and the mountain range of Pindos. Marmaraki

The house is located under the picturesque rocks of Meteora, in the beautiful village Kastraki. The area is called Marmaro or Marmaraki, which is where the house gets it's name. The house is close to public transportation, about 200 meters away from the central area of the village. Bakeries, groceries, tavern-restaurants and a drugstore are very close by (about 50-100 meters). The town of Kalambaka is within walking distance. The house is also close to the great monasteries of Meteora.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
