Soundwalk at Vyšehrad

Experience Prague with your ears! On this 2-hour long listening tour through some of Prague's less crowded and less noisier places, you will be given the opportunity to revel in the richness of unique sonic phenomena present in Prague's urban soundscapes. After a brief introduction and a short attentive listening exercise, we will set out to Vyšehrad, one of Prague's unique landmarks abounding in sonic phenomena and offering magnificent views of the city. There, we will step into a sonic sanctuary, free ourselves from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city and find repose amidst chirping birds, resonating bells from a nearby church or the distant sounds of squeaking train tracks. We will make some recordings along the way, so you won't be leaving Prague empty-handed. Forget about pictures, you'll be bringing home sonic memories of Prague! Other things to note During the soundwalk, it is vitally important to be as silent as possible and avoid talking to each other. We will be walking uphill for a while, but the walk will not be physically demanding.

Hiphang, Back Straddle, Ripshang , Schulterstand 15 Min Endentspannug Du bist sehr geschützt iTuch und Du liegst in dem Tuch wie in einem Kokon. Es geht um einen spielerischen Umgang mit der Schwerkraft. Das Abgeben des eigenen Körpergewichtes an das Tuch hat viel mit Loslassen und Vertrauen zu tun. Das Tuch ist Dein Partner! Wir werden in dieses Tuch einzelne Körperteile legen, uns an unterschiedlichen Teilen des Körpers in das Tuch hängen, schaukeln, viele Umkehrstellungen auf eine ganz neue Art erleben. Bei diesem Training werden die Muskelgruppen an Armen, Beinen, Rücken, Bauch und Schultern gedehnt und angespannt. Es werden Kraft, Ausdauer, Geschmeidigkeit und Beweglichkeit gefördert. Set fotografico nel centro di Milano

Scatterò dei set fotografici nei luoghi di maggiore attrazione turistica di Milano, partiremo dal Duomo per poi andare in galleria Vittorio Emanuele e verso Castello Sforzesco passando da Via Cordusio e via Dante. Faremo un'oretta di fotografie che entro due giorni lavorativi mi impegnerò ad editare e a inviarvele tramite email, wetrasfer o numero di telefono. EDIT: potrebbe capitare che sia fuori Milano, se siete interessati e non vedete date disponibili scrivetemi su Airbnb o IG (@davide.premoselli) per qualsiasi informazione. Off-road adventure and Thermal Baths - Zakopane from Krakow

Best day trip from Krakow for adventure seekers and nature lovers. I pick you up from your place in Krakow and after about 2 hours drive across beautifull hills of Southern Poland we arrive to Podhale and Tatra Mountains. Here you meet English speaking quad bike guide and after short briefing you start off-roading. Please note that cost of renting quad bike ( 400 zlotys per quad ) is not included in the price and should be paid by cash after signing the rental agreement on location. There is usually plenty of mud so you get waterproof jacket, pants, shoes protection and helmet obviously. Our route goes across the most beautiful remote areas of mountains including lots river crossings , steep uhills and lots of mud. On the halfway there is short break to admire views and take picutres. After return to the base I drive you to thermal baths where in hot bubbly mineral water you chill out for 3 hours. Once relax at thermal baths is completed we drive back to Krakow which takes about 2 hours. In case there will be lots of snow the tour will be done with snowmobiles instead of quad bikes.
