Set in 5.5 Acres of grounds at Cronk-y-Voddy, with wonderful views to the North of the Island and, on clear days, views across the Irish Sea to Scotland. 5 miles from the City of Peel and 4 Miles from Kirk Michael, the Cottages are in a unique location, situated on the World-Famous Isle of Man TT Mountain Course. Quiet and tranquil most of the time, but right in the mix during the racing periods of the Isle of Man TT and the Manx Festival of Motor Cycling. Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.
