This family neighborhood is quiet, safe and 5 minutes from groceries, coffee, shopping, and is on the bus line and minutes from several local parks with hiking and sightseeing. Note that this room is one of two bedrooms available. Shared shower is across the home, the semi-private bath just steps away from the private hall.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
