There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

August rentals Saturday to Saturday only. October through May 30 night minimum. October- May monthly rates available. Consumers Energy bill not included. All other utilities included with monthly rental.
