You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Elle comporte 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de douches et 3 WC séparés. 2 chats vivent en toute liberté entre le jardin et la maison, donc attention aux allergies. Notre cour est fraîche et agréable, cependant attention de ne pas parler trop fort et notamment après 22heures pour ne pas déranger les voisins.

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !
